                               GL998 sensor test bench


The GL998 sensor test bench includes metal strain sensors, thermocouple sensors, differential transformers, inductive solenoid sensors, eddy current displacement sensors, Hall sensors, magnetoelectric sensors, piezoelectric acceleration sensors, capacitive sensors, piezoresistive pressure sensors, optical fiber sensors, PN junction temperature sensors, thermistors, gas sensors, humidity sensors, photoelectric speed sensors and other sensors.

Ⅰ、Configuration of GL998 sensor test bench

 1. Metal strain sensor

Platinum strain resistance value: 350Ω×4, temperature compensation sheet 350Ω×2

 2. Thermocouple sensor

DC resistance: 10Ω, composed of two copper-constantan thermocouples in series

 3. Differential transformer

Range: ≥5mm DC resistance: 5Ω-10Ω

 4. Inductive solenoid sensor: Range ≥5mm

 5. Eddy current displacement sensor

Range: 3mm, DC resistance: 1Ω-2Ω

 6. Hall sensor

Linear semiconductor Hall plate produced by JVC, Japan, range: ±3mm

 7. Magnetoelectric sensor

DC resistance: 30Ω-40Ω, sensitivity: 0.5v/m/s

 8. Piezoelectric acceleration sensor

Consists of dual ceramic piezoelectric chips and copper mass blocks. Resonance frequency: >35Hz

 9. Capacitive sensor

Range: ±5mm, differential variable area capacitive sensor composed of two sets of fixed plates and one set of moving plates

 10. Piezoresistive pressure sensor

Range: 15Kpa, power supply: ≤4V

 11. Fiber optic sensor

Light-guiding sensor composed of Y-shaped semicircular distribution optical fiber, transmitting and receiving circuits, linear range: ±1mm.

 12. PN junction temperature sensor

Temperature sensor made using the good linear temperature voltage characteristics of semiconductor PN junction,

Sensitivity: -2mV/℃.

 13. Thermistor

Semiconductor thermistor NTC: The temperature system is negative, 10K at 25℃ Ω

 14. Gas sensor (alcohol)

Measurement range: 50-2000ppm

 15. Humidity sensor

Measurement range: 10%R11--95%RH

 16. Photoelectric speed sensor
