Ⅰ、Product Overview
This intelligent manufacturing production line training platform consists of six stations, namely: feeding unit, processing unit, handling unit, assembly unit, robot unit, storage unit, etc. The control system can be controlled by Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC, which has good flexibility, that is, each station has a set of PLC control system for independent control. After a single training is completed, two adjacent stations, three stations... until all stations can be connected together to learn the design, installation, programming, debugging and whole machine operation of complex systems.
The platform includes a variety of control technologies such as pneumatics, motor drive and control, PLC, sensors, etc. in the mechatronics major, which is suitable for students of related majors to conduct engineering practice, course design and training for engineering and technical personnel who are just starting their jobs.
