Ⅰ、Equipment Introduction

This Programmable Logic Controller Training Platform integrates PLC, programming software and MCGS industrial control configuration software to form a complete teaching and experimental system. Students can intuitively practice basic PLC instructions through this experimental platform and deeply understand the working principle of PLC. This equipment can also simulate multiple practical application scenarios of PLC, such as traffic light control, fully automatic washing machine control, etc., to help students combine theoretical knowledge with practical operations.

Ⅱ、Equipment Features

1. Strong reliability and flexibility

It is equipped with an overvoltage protection circuit. When the power supply voltage exceeds the range that the host can bear, it will automatically alarm and cut off the power supply, so that the host will not be damaged due to excessive power supply voltage. There is also a current type leakage protector to fully ensure personal safety. Students can make full use of the resources on the panel to conduct experiments, which is flexible and convenient.

2. Strong intuitiveness

The panel layout is reasonable, the lines are clear, and the necessary text instructions are printed on the board. Students can complete all experiments without instructions. Under the condition of ensuring correct wiring and correct programming, as long as the operation is careful, the process and results of program execution can be displayed vividly and intuitively, thereby verifying the correctness of programming.

3. Extended experimental platform

This Programmable Logic Controller Training Platform is equipped with an expandable area, which further expands the experimental functions.

4. Configuration bar graph teaching

Using MCGS industrial control configuration software, all experiments have been edited into intuitive, dynamic and effective configuration bar graphs for dynamic experimental tracking teaching.

5. Strong reliability and flexibility: It adopts a pendant structure and modular design, with the advantages of reliable experiments and flexible upgrades.

6. Overvoltage protection technology

Adopt fast voltage detection circuit to avoid damage to the equipment PLC caused by power supply system failure.

7. Use special experimental wires: separate strong electricity from weak electricity, and use different structures of experimental connection wires and sockets, which are safe, reliable and prevent electric shock.
