GLPLC-2B PLC Training Platform
Ⅰ、Basic Configuration
This PLC training platform consists of a host computer, a training table, a host training component, a training module (including a wealth of industrial field equipment simulation training objects), etc. It can train students to practice basic PLC instructions and deeply understand the working principle of PLC. It can simulate multiple practical application scenarios of PLC, such as traffic light control, three-story elevator control, etc., to help students combine theoretical knowledge with practical operations.
1. AC power control unit
Provides a set of three-phase four-wire 380V and single-phase 220V power supplies, which are controlled by the start-stop switch, and are equipped with fuse protection, leakage protection, etc. At the same time, it has leakage alarm indication and alarm reset, and AC voltage display.
2. DC power supply, DC voltage/current meter, logic output and indication, etc.
DC voltage: 0~10V adjustable output; DC current: 4~20mA adjustable output; DC digital voltage meter/current meter; voltage meter range 0~200V, accuracy 0.5 level; current meter range 0~200 mA, accuracy 0.5 level; also equipped with logic level output (inching, self-locking), logic level indication, LED digital tube, direction indicator, music box, DC 24V relay, signal conversion socket.
3. Host training components
Configured with Siemens S7-1214, SM 1223 DI8×24VDC/DQ 8×RLY output expansion module, analog input/output module SM1234, Ethernet switch, supporting signal board, experimental guide, experimental program and communication programming cable.
4. PLC-03 type analog control training component 1
Set up water lamp training module, port-type belt conveyor, etc. All switches and indicator lights are used to simulate various states, and the panel is directly printed with the experimental project schematics and simulation diagrams.
5. PLC-04 type simulation control training component 2
Set up port crane training module, crossroad traffic light training module, all use switches and indicator lights to simulate various states, and the panel is directly printed with the experimental project schematics and simulation diagrams.
6. PLC-05 type simulation control training component 3
Set up modules such as three-story elevators, all use switches and indicator lights to simulate various states, and the panel is directly printed with the experimental project schematics and simulation diagrams.
7. PLC-06 type simulation control training component 4
Set up machining center, digital input and output, and Tianta Light training modules, and the panel is printed with the experimental project schematics and simulation diagrams.
8. PLC-11 type touch screen training component
7-inch color touch screen (TPS7062KX), equipped with communication download programming cable, touch screen and PLC communication cable, development configuration software; AC contactor; intermediate relay; auxiliary contact; thermal relay; button (strong power); emergency stop; travel switch; time relay.
9. PLC-20 motor guide rail, optical encoder speed measurement system and digital tachometer\brake system
Includes three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motor: 380V/△, speed less than 1500RPM, power less than 100W, optical encoder speed measurement system (equipped with Omron 1024 photoelectric encoder), digital tachometer and stainless steel guide rail for fixing the motor. The stainless steel guide rail has good flatness, which can ensure that the concentricity between the motor and the encoder does not exceed ±5 wires, and the motor has low noise during operation; it has voltage feedback signal; it also has photoelectric encoding signal output, including two channels A and B.

11. Experimental connection line
According to the characteristics of different experimental projects, two different experimental connection lines are equipped. The strong current part adopts a high-reliability sheath structure pistol plug connection line (there is no possibility of electric shock), and the oxygen-free copper wire is drawn into a hair-thin multi-strand wire to achieve the purpose of ultra-softness. It is covered with a nitrile polyvinyl chloride insulation layer, which has the advantages of softness, high pressure resistance, high strength, anti-hardening, and good toughness. The plug adopts a solid copper piece with a beryllium light copper shrapnel, which is safe and reliable in contact; the weak current part adopts an elastic beryllium light copper exposed structure connection line. Both wires can only be matched with the socket of the corresponding inner hole, and cannot be mixed, which greatly improves the safety and rationality of the experiment.

Provide TIA Portal software, MCGS simulation software, experimental software, etc.

CPU i5/8G DDR4/240G SSD, equipped with genuine operating system and TIA Portal software.
14. Safety protection
1) The three-phase AC power output is equipped with dual overcurrent and short-circuit protection functions of electronic circuits and fuses. When the output current is greater than 3A, the power supply can be disconnected and an alarm indication will be given;
2) The experimental table uses three types of experimental wires, which cannot be plugged into each other. Strong current uses fully plastic enclosed safety experimental wires, weak current uses metal bare experimental wires (the actual core copper diameter is larger than the strong current wire), and the observation hole uses 2# experimental wires to avoid the possibility of students connecting strong current to weak points by mistake;
3) The AC and DC power supplies of this PLC training platform are equipped with overcurrent protection function.
