Ⅰ、Product Overview

The GL-GF-2 solar photovoltaic power generation engineering experimental platform consists of two parts: "Solar Photovoltaic Technology Comprehensive Application System" and "Solar Cell Module". It is specially designed to meet the relevant experimental teaching needs of solar photovoltaic power generation system engineering application and design for new energy-related majors in colleges and vocational education. This system has the following characteristics:

Ⅱ、System Composition

1. Solar panels can realize parallel and series combination of multiple groups of photovoltaic panels, and use quick plugs and wires to achieve combination. It is equipped with polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic panels, with a single power of 30W, an open circuit voltage of 17.5V, and a peak current of 1.75V, a total of 4 panels.

2. Automatic tracking unit, equipped with a single-axis tracking mechanism, a set of light sensors with DC24V power supply and PNP or NPN output, and a set of motor drivers, driven by DC24V DC motors; Siemens SR20 PLC is used for control, and 4 high-power halogen lamps are used to simulate daylight. The brightness can be infinitely adjusted to simulate the changes in daylight illumination.

3. Lux meter, with Modbus communication function, can realize bus communication with industrial instruments equipped with the equipment to collect data to the host computer system.

4. 2 DC ammeters, 2 DC voltmeters, 1 AC voltmeter, 2 AC ammeters, 1 set of temperature and humidity sensors, with Modbus communication function, all data can be uploaded and collected to the host computer system through the bus.

5. Battery, equipped with 4 groups of 12V/8AH batteries, which can realize the series and parallel combination of batteries, equipped with 1 battery charger, and the battery is equipped with a combined shell for easy placement of batteries.

6. 1 set of computers, equipped with PLC programming startup software and force control configuration software.

7. Solar power inverter module, DC12V power input, maximum output power 100W, output voltage AC220V.

8. Solar controller, maximum input voltage 30V, can be used with 12V lead-acid battery, with DC load output function, can realize time control output.

9. Load: equipped with one 12V DC load fan, one LED lamp, one incandescent lamp; one AC load fan, one LED lamp, one incandescent lamp; one high-power adjustable resistor 100W/100R and one fixed resistor 10R/100W.
