Ⅰ、Product Introduction

This automobile teaching equipment converts a brand new BYD e6 2012 sedan that can operate normally into an online testing teaching vehicle, which can detect and diagnose the dynamic and static signal parameters of the original vehicle combination instrument control unit, gateway control unit, P gear motor control unit, motor control unit, gear control unit, on-board charger control unit, DC/DC control unit, high-voltage battery ECU control unit, etc. in real time. It is suitable for the teaching needs of medium and high vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges and training institutions for the theory and maintenance training of hybrid electric vehicles.

Ⅱ、Functional features

1. The vehicle structure is complete, and all control systems, sensors, and actuators are complete and can operate normally;

2. The dynamic and static signal parameters of the vehicle can be displayed through the original vehicle instrument (such as: energy monitor screen, vehicle speed, gear display and various working condition indicator lights, etc.);

3. Make a movable "automobile detection training platform" to conduct detection and training of the following control systems:

1) Combination instrument control unit

2) Gateway control unit

3) P gear motor control unit

4) Motor control unit

5) Gear control unit

6) On-board charger control unit

7) DC/DC control unit

8) High-voltage battery ECU control unit

4. The teaching demonstration board is connected to the vehicle through a dedicated wiring harness to ensure that the vehicle functions are intact after the connection is disconnected and all the functions of the original vehicle are maintained.

5. The panel of the automobile detection training platform adopts 4mm thick corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, pollution-resistant, fire-proof and moisture-proof aluminum-plastic plate, and the surface is sprayed with primer by special process; the panel is printed with non-fading color circuit diagram, and the surface is sprayed with varnish; students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram with the original vehicle, and understand and analyze the working principles of each control system.

The panel of the automobile inspection training platform is equipped with detection terminals, which can be used to directly perform inspection and training on the original vehicle combination instrument control unit, gateway control unit, P-speed motor control unit, motor control unit, gear control unit, on-board charger control unit, DC/DC control unit, high-voltage battery ECU control unit, etc.

7. The panel of the automobile inspection training platform is equipped with a diagnostic socket, which can be connected to a dedicated or universal automobile decoder to read fault codes, clear fault codes, read data streams and other self-diagnostic functions for electronic control systems such as the combination instrument control unit, gateway control unit, P-speed motor control unit, motor control unit, gear control unit, on-board charger control unit, DC/DC control unit, and high-voltage battery ECU control unit.

8. The panel of the automobile inspection training platform adopts a 1.5mm thick die-formed aluminum alloy frame structure with beautiful appearance; the chassis is welded with steel structure, the surface is sprayed with a self-locking caster device.

9. This automobile teaching equipment is equipped with an intelligent fault setting and assessment system:

1) The digital integrated circuit board using MCU technology RAM processing chip and the supporting wireless fault setting control system have patented technology, and the system is stable and not easy to be infected with viruses.

2) The control module (PC control terminal or handheld mobile control terminal) and the drive module (intelligent fault setting drive box) are separated to avoid complex wiring interference with the controller, making the system more reliable.

3) The drive module has a built-in intelligent fault device control system, equipped with a dedicated new wireless data transmission module (pluggable) and an RS232 serial communication interface, which can communicate wirelessly and RS232 wired.

4) Practical training and assessment can be conducted through the PC control terminal or the handheld mobile control terminal. The teacher and student interfaces are separated. The teacher enters the teacher interface with a password to ask questions, and the students answer questions in the ordinary interface.

5) Various common faults related to the pins of the automotive electronic control module can be freely set at any point. The fault types include: line break, short circuit to ground, poor contact, occasional and other fault phenomena. Each set of drive modules can set 8 open circuit faults of 5A with large current, 16 open circuit faults, poor, occasional, short circuit faults and other faults of the signal path with small current of 2A, a total of 24 fault settings. According to the needs, 64 channels of open circuit faults with a large current of 5A and 128 channels of open circuit, bad, occasional, short circuit and other faults of the signal path with a small current of 2A can be expanded and set, with a total of 192 fault settings. The number of fault setting points and the type of fault setting can be adjusted according to user requirements.
