 This digital and analog training equipment adopts a modular structure. Each module is independent of each other and can conduct digital circuit, analog circuit and integrated circuit experiments. The front of the experimental template is printed with a circuit diagram, and the back is equipped with devices. Each point to be tested in the experimental circuit is equipped with a test hole. It is easy to use, has reliable contact, long life and high efficiency. The main experimental units are completed with matching experimental modules, and experimental expansion modules can be selected according to different needs to complete related experimental content.

                   GLSM-02 digital and analog training equipment


Ⅰ、Equipment Introduction

This digital and analog training equipment adopts a modular structure. Each module is independent of each other and conducts digital circuit, analog circuit and integrated circuit experiments. The front of the experimental template is printed with a circuit diagram, and the back is equipped with devices. Each point to be tested in the experimental circuit is equipped with a test hole. It is easy to use, reliable in contact, long in life and high in efficiency. The main experimental unit is completed with a matching experimental module. The experimental expansion module can be selected according to different needs to complete the relevant experimental content.

1. Workbench

1.1 Size 1400*700*1450mm. The whole is made of high-quality steel plate as the skeleton, with a half-height locked cabinet under the table, and the outer surface is sprayed with epoxy polyplastic material to ensure that the whole machine is sturdy, durable and beautiful. The bottom of the table is equipped with a universal wheel with a brake, which is suitable for both movement and fixation, and is convenient for adjusting the placement of the equipment. The desktop is made of 25mm thick high-density fiberboard with fireproof board on the outside, and PVC section edge sealing. The desktop is wear-resistant, heat-resistant, stain-resistant, fire-resistant, bacteria-resistant, mildew-resistant, antistatic and easy to clean.

1.2 Power supply: AC220V±10%, 50/60Hz, rated circuit 5A, equipped with leakage protection switch. Ambient temperature -50℃~40℃, relative humidity ≤85%RH (25℃).

1.3 The motherboard is made of 2mm thick printed circuit board, with component graphic symbols and corresponding connections printed on the front, printed circuits on the back, and related components welded.

1.4 The experimental table is equipped with 4 sets of double sockets, which can be used for power supply of instruments and meters.

2. Digital circuit module, 1 set

2.1±l5V/0.5A, ±5V/0.5A power supply 1 set each with short-circuit overload protection, automatic recovery function, connected to the main panel of digital electrical experiment.

2.2 2 sets of single pulse signal output modules.

2.3 1 set of frequency-continuously adjustable pulse source, the frequency can be roughly adjusted and finely adjusted.

2.4 Fixed frequency pulse source can output 1 set of 1MHz, 100KHz, 10KHz, 1KHz, 100Hz, 10Hz, 1Hz frequency.

2.5 1 set of active buzzer (with drive circuit).

2.6 1 set of 16-way logic level indication.

2.7 1 set of 16-way logic level output.

2.8 2 sets of BCD encoding switch logic level output.

2.9 4 sets of BCD decoding LED digital tube display circuit, power supply with independent switch.

2.10 Discrete devices: 1 adjustable resistor/potentiometer 10KΩ, 100KΩ, 1MΩ each; 1 passive crystal oscillator 12MHz, 6MHz, 4MHz, 32.768KHz each; 2 capacitors 22pF, 10nF, 100nF each; 3 1N4148 diodes.

2.11 6 DIP14 locking IC sockets; 5 DIP16 locking IC sockets; 3 DIP20 (wide and narrow can be inserted) locking IC sockets; 2 DIP40 (wide and narrow can be inserted) locking IC sockets.

2.12 1 set of discrete device conversion universal sockets, which can be inserted with resistors, capacitors, transistors and other devices.

3. Analog circuit module, 1 set

3.1 Equipped with ±12V/0.5A, ±5V/1A, each set has short circuit overload protection, automatic recovery function, connected to the analog experiment main panel.

3.2 Positioner/adjustable resistor 100Ω (1), 220Ω (1), 470Ω (1), 4.7KΩ (1), 1KΩ (1), 10KΩ (2), 20KΩ (2), 51KΩ (1), 68KΩ (1), 100KΩ (1), 47KΩ (1, multi-turn).

3.3 DIP14 locking IC socket 1; 2 DIP8 locking IC sockets.

3.4 Speaker 1 8Ω/0.5W.

3.5 1LM317 experimental unit 1 set, 1LM7805 experimental unit 1 set, 14007 rectifier unit, 1 capacitor 470uF, 1 10uF, 1 voltage regulator diode experimental unit.

3.6 1 photodiode, 1 phototransistor, 1 microphone, 1 photoresistor 5516, 2 1N4148, 1 300R/5W resistor, 1 red LED, 1 green LED, 1 5V active buzzer, 2 voltage regulator diodes 1N4618, 3 OP07C operational amplifiers, 1 uA741 operational amplifier, 2 sets of transistor conversion jacks.

3.7 2 sets of expansion module sockets.

3.8 1 set of free experimental units.

3.9 1 set of low-frequency signal sources, which can output sine wave, square wave and triangle wave, with adjustable frequency and amplitude, and the output can be attenuated by -20dB.

3.10 2 sets of DC voltage signal sources, which can output 0~±5V and 0~±0.5V in two modes.

4. 1 set of experimental wires, which can meet the experimental requirements and have a margin.
