Ⅲ、Power control panel

1. AC power supply: Provide three-phase 0~450V adjustable AC power supply, and single-phase 0~250V adjustable power supply can be obtained at the same time.

2. Two high-voltage DC power supplies: provide a set of 220V (0.5A) excitation power supply and 0~250V (4A) continuously adjustable regulated armature power supply (with overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating and short circuit soft cut-off automatic recovery protection functions), and are equipped with a DC digital voltmeter and a switch.

Ⅴ、Intelligent power factor meter

Designed by 24-bit dedicated DSP, 16-bit high-precision AD converter and high-speed MPU unit, it realizes the human-computer dialogue function control mode through key control and digital display window. The software adopts RTOS design ideas, and is equipped with PC monitoring software to enhance analysis capabilities. It can measure two single-phase power P1 and P2 at the same time, and display the sum of the two powers through a separate 5-digit LED (two-meter method to measure the three-phase total power). The power measurement accuracy is 1.0, the power factor measurement range is 0.3~1.0, the voltage and current range is 450V and 5A, and it can automatically identify the load properties (inductive display "L", capacitive display "C", pure resistance no display), and can store measurement data for reference at any time.
