                        GL-DG-T  Electrical and electronic test bench


Ⅰ、Overview

The GL-DG-T Electrical and electronic test bench can complete the practical training projects of multiple courses such as circuit analysis, circuit principle, electrical technology, and electronic technology. It can meet the practical training teaching requirements through practical training component training. The experiment platform has a complete personal safety protection and equipment safety protection system, provides an intelligent power protection system, and has leakage, overcurrent, short circuit and other protection functions. The platform adopts a modular structure as a whole. The power supply and instrumentation all adopt an independent hanging box structure. The tasks of each training module are clear, and the operation and maintenance are simple. It is also convenient for schools to choose different training configurations according to their own teaching requirements, which is easy to expand and upgrade later.

Ⅱ、Device configuration

This Electrical and electronic test bench is mainly composed of a power instrument control panel, a laboratory table, a laboratory box, etc.

(I) DG-01 power supply and instrument control panel

The control panel is made of iron double-layer matte dense spray structure and aluminum panel, which provides AC power supply, DC voltage-stabilized power supply, constant current source, various test instruments and experimental devices for the experiment

1. Main control function panel

(1) Three-phase 0~450V and single-phase 0~250V continuously adjustable AC power supply, equipped with a three-phase axial linkage voltage regulator, specification is 1.5KVA/0~450V, which overcomes many shortcomings of three single-phase voltage regulators with chain structure or gear structure. The adjustable AC power output is equipped with overcurrent protection technology, which can automatically protect against overcurrent and direct short circuit between phases and lines, overcoming the trouble caused by replacing fuses. It is equipped with three pointer-type AC voltmeters, which can indicate the three-phase grid voltage and three-phase voltage regulation output voltage respectively by switching switches.

(2) A 220V/30W fluorescent lamp tube is provided for experiment. The four ends of the lamp tube are connected to the panel terminals, which is convenient for experiment. The four ends of the lamp filament are led out through a fast fuse for experimental use to prevent the filament from being damaged.

2. DC power supply board

(1) Provide a set of 0~500mA continuously adjustable constant current source, which is adjustable in three gears, with an adjustment accuracy of 1‰, load stability ≤5×10-4, rated change rate ≤5×10-4, equipped with a digital display DC milliammeter to indicate the output current, and has output open circuit and short circuit protection functions.

(2) Provide two 0.0~30V/1A adjustable voltage-stabilized power supplies, starting from 0V, equipped with a digital display DC voltmeter to indicate the output voltage value, and with cut-off short circuit soft protection and automatic recovery functions.

(3) Provide four fixed DC power outputs: ±12V, ±5V, each with short circuit, overcurrent protection and automatic recovery functions.

3. Instrument function board

(1) Five-digit intelligent DC voltmeter (industrial grade) 1 pc

Designed with dedicated DSP digital measurement chip and microprocessor technology, it has power-off protection and watchdog circuit. Five-digit high-visibility LED digital display, with automatic range, measuring range: voltage 0.0000~100.00V. Measuring accuracy is 0.5 level. It has RS-485 communication interface, over-range alarm, LED indication and protection. The instrument panel has 4 membrane programming buttons, which realize human-computer dialogue function through key control and digital display window, and can conveniently realize display switching and instrument parameter programming setting on site, which has strong flexibility.

(2) Five-digit intelligent DC milliammeter (industrial grade) 1 pc

Designed with dedicated DSP digital measurement chip and microprocessor technology, it has power-off protection and watchdog circuit. Five-digit high-visibility LED digital display, with automatic range, measuring range: 0.0000~1000.00mA. Measuring accuracy is 0.5 level. It has RS-485 communication interface, over-range alarm, LED indication and protection. It can conveniently realize display switching and instrument parameter programming setting on site, which has strong flexibility.

(II) DG-02 experimental table

The experimental table adopts iron double-layer matte dense spray structure, and the desktop adopts fireproof, waterproof and wear-resistant high-density board. The structure is solid and the shape is beautiful. There are two drawers (with locks) on the left and right of the table, and a removable shelf for placing oscilloscopes on the right. The cabinet under the desktop can be used to place experimental boxes, tools and materials. The experimental table is also equipped with four wheels and four fixed adjustment mechanisms, which are easy to move and fix, which is conducive to the layout and adjustment of the laboratory.

(III) Experimental box

1. Basic circuit experiment (II)

Complete the superposition principle, Kirchhoff's law, Thevenin theorem, Norton theorem and two-port network, reciprocity theorem experiments.

2. Circuit Basic Experiment (III)

Complete the controlled source, gyrator, and negative impedance converter experiments, and use standard network symbols for the graphics.

3. Circuit Basic Experiment (IV)

Complete the first-order and second-order dynamic circuits, and observe the circuit state trajectory.

4. Digital Circuit Experiment

Provide hundreds of high-reliability locking anti-overlap sockets, high-reliability round-foot integrated block sockets, reliable silver-plated long copper tubes and fixed components, etc.

5. Analog Circuit Experiment

Provide multiple high-reliability locking anti-overlap sockets, high-reliability round-foot integrated block sockets, reliable silver-plated long copper tubes, pointer-type DC milliammeters and fixed components.

6. Relay Contact Control (I)

Provide an AC contactor (coil voltage is 220V), a thermal relay and a simulated bulb, and three lighted buttons (one each of yellow, green, and red).

7. Relay contact control (II)

Provide two AC contactors (coil voltage 220V), one time relay (power-on delay, coil voltage 220V), and energy-consuming braking power transformer, rectifier diode, resistor, etc.

8. DJQ20-1 three-phase squirrel cage motor (△380V)

The three windings of the motor have been led out, and wiring is convenient.

9. Experimental connection wire: According to the characteristics of different experimental projects, two different experimental connection wires are equipped. The strong current part uses a high-reliability sheath structure connection wire (there is no possibility of electric shock); the weak current part uses an elastic beryllium light copper exposed structure connection wire. Both wires can only be matched with the corresponding inner hole socket and cannot be mixed, which greatly improves the safety and rationality of the experiment.

III、Main advantages and safety protection system of the device

1. Three-phase four-wire (or three-phase five-wire) power input, the total power is controlled by a three-phase key switch.

2. The control panel power supply is controlled by the contactor through the start and stop buttons.

3. The three-phase AC power supply is continuously adjustable from 0 to 450V, and the single-phase AC power supply is continuously adjustable from 0 to 250V. It is equipped with a three-phase axial linkage auto-coupling voltage regulator (1.5KVA), which can better meet the requirements of teaching experiments.

4. The screen is equipped with a voltage-type leakage protection device. If there is leakage in the control panel or the strong power output, it will alarm and cut off the main power supply to ensure the safety of the experimental process.

5. The screen is equipped with a set of current-type leakage protection devices. If there is leakage in the control panel, the leakage current exceeds a certain value, and the power supply is cut off.

6. The secondary side of the three-phase voltage regulator on the screen is equipped with a set of overcurrent protection devices. If the output of the voltage regulator is short-circuited or the load is too large, the current exceeds the set value, and the system will alarm and cut off the main power supply.

7. The measuring instrument has high precision, adopts digitalization, intelligence and human-computer dialogue mode, which is in line with the development direction of modern measuring instruments. Various power supplies and various instruments have reliable protection functions.

8. The experimental connection wires and sockets adopt different structures, which are safe, reliable and prevent electric shock.
