2. The training platform uses the battery management system of new energy pure electric vehicles. It is carefully developed to meet the teaching needs of new energy vehicles. This training platform is equipped with an operation detection panel, a movable stand, a full set of BMS battery management system, a power battery pack assembly, etc.;

3. The teaching panel is equipped with complete color circuit diagrams of each system. Students can intuitively compare the display detection panel and the real pure electric vehicle battery management system, understand and analyze the working principle of the battery management system, and facilitate teachers to explain system knowledge more intuitively;

4. The dust cover of the power battery is removed from the original car technology, and the power battery shell is transparently modeled by hot forming technology using a high-transparency acrylic plate, which is completely in line with the original car layout. The internal lighting design of the high-transparency acrylic cover can intuitively understand the internal structure, layout, and connection method of the battery pack. The high-transparency acrylic cover can be used for principle teaching under the premise of ensuring safety;

The teaching panel is equipped with component names, computer lead terminals, dynamic display devices, etc., and a multimeter and oscilloscope can be used to detect the resistance, voltage, frequency, and waveform of each electrical component; it is convenient for teachers to explain and measure more intuitively;

6. The frame is made of high-grade aluminum alloy profiles, and the frame is equipped with an operating platform to place tools, materials and other items for convenient teaching;
