I、Equipment Configuration

1. Equipped with lithium-ion power batteries, designed according to the structural composition and control logic of the battery management system (BMS),

integrating battery discharge, battery charging, data display, data detection, fault setting and other functions, cultivating the recognition and fault analysis capabilities of the battery management system (BMS) of new energy vehicles, and meeting the course teaching of new energy vehicle related majors;

2. Contains a power battery management system training platform, supporting teaching resource packages, training instructions, and learning work pages. The power battery management system training platform consists of a teaching board, a workstation training platform, and a connecting harness. The teaching board and the workstation training platform must be equipped with high-strength mobile load-bearing wheels, some of which have locking functions to facilitate the movement and fixation of the equipment. The teaching board and the workstation training platform are connected by a dedicated harness to ensure the integrity and reliability of signal transmission, and a customized mode can also be used.

II、Equipment functions

1. It can realize the practical training of on-board charger detection, AC charging port detection, AC charging gun detection, power battery manager detection, power battery balancing detection, power battery temperature sensor detection, power battery power up and down detection, power battery pack leakage detection, current sensor detection, single cell overcharge fault detection and elimination, single cell short circuit fault detection and elimination, single cell over discharge fault detection and elimination, single cell undervoltage fault detection and elimination;

2. The battery management system components can be displayed through the teaching board and the workstation training table, including the on-board charger, battery manager, power battery pack, temperature sensor, current sensor, etc.;

3. Equipped with an emergency switch, the power supply can be cut off at any time in an emergency during the training process to ensure the safety of the training.
