                GL4000 Embedded sensor comprehensive experimental platform


Ⅰ、General Overview

   1. Miniaturization and integration: MEMS technology, integrated circuit technology sensors.

   2.Networking: Through Ethernet, a sensor network is formed.

 3.Intelligence: The GL4000 embedded sensor comprehensive experimental platform uses microprocessor technology to make the sensor intelligent. The sensor has the functions of converting signals, improving nonlinearity, reducing noise influence, and improving accuracy; it has the functions of self-diagnosis, self-correction, and adapting to the environment.

Ⅱ、Main control box

  1. Highly stable DC regulated power supply with overload protection function;

1) 0-24V continuously adjustable DC regulated power supply, current 0.5A;

2) ±15V, ±5V, +5V regulated power supply, current 0.5A;

3) ±2V-±10V adjustable DC regulated linear power supply (maximum output current 0.5A).

  2. Constant current source: 0-20mA continuously adjustable.

  3. Air pressure source: air pressure 4-40KPa adjustable.

  4. Display instrument:

1) Ammeter: DC 20μA-200mA (high-precision military-grade five-digit ammeter, 22-bit A/D converter, test accuracy 0.06%);

2) Voltmeter: DC 200mV-20V (three-speed range switching);

3) Frequency/tachometer: f 0-9999Hz, n 0-9999 r/min;

4) Barometer: 0-50KPa.

 5.PID intelligent regulator: multiple input and output specifications, with temperature control function, including artificial intelligence adjustment and parameter self-tuning function, temperature control accuracy ±0.5℃.

 6. Signal source: 1HZ-30HZ (adjustable), 1HZ-10KHZ (adjustable).

Ⅲ、High-performance data acquisition board, microprocessor development user board, network measurement system software

 1. Data acquisition board

The GL4000 embedded sensor comprehensive experimental platform data acquisition card adopts industrial-grade solutions, high-precision measurement and dynamic range, USB interface, and core functional indicators meet the following functions:

1) It has 8 analog inputs: 6 single-ended voltage inputs or 3 differential inputs, 2 current inputs;

2) ADC resolution: 12 bits;

3) Maximum sampling rate: 100K/S (full channel), single channel Not less than 200K/S;

4) With a variety of sampling methods: timing sampling, fixed-length sampling, single-step sampling, real-time sampling;

5) With input low-pass filtering and overvoltage protection functions;

6) With 16 digital input and output: 8 inputs, 8 outputs;

7) Support waveforms: sine wave, square wave, triangle wave, sawtooth wave arbitrary waveform, the host computer software can collect and adjust;

8) Waveform frequency is adjustable: range 0-10000HZ, more than three channels, host computer software display control;

9) Support 485 and Ethernet communication protocols.

 2. Cortex-M3 microprocessor development user board

STM32F103VBT6 enhanced microcontroller, Embest company full-function evaluation board. Configuration debugging download programming simulator, LCD display, JTAG, USB, CAN, 485, Ethernet, WIFI, UART, Motor Control and other peripherals.

 3. System software

1) The system software is used with the data acquisition card to collect and display experimental data (waveform) in real time, and can perform static and dynamic processing and analysis on the data;

2) All measurement data can be saved and printed in the form of EXCEL documents;

3) Various PID waveforms can be accurately controlled, and PID parameters and output values can be changed at any time. It has the function of real-time display of various waveform control functions such as PID sine wave and PID square wave, 4 control cycles, 8 control amplitudes, and real-time display of control curves;

4) It has network communication function, and the working computer can communicate with the server or other computers to transmit real-time experimental measurement data (waveform). 

IV、Sensors and experimental modules

  1) Piezoelectric sensor: range ≤10KHz linear ±2%;

  2) Ultrasonic sensor: range 0-60cm accuracy ±2%;

  3) Microwave sensor: detection distance 3-8m, detection angle 360 degrees without dead angle;

  4) Laser position sensor: range ±4mm;

  5) Photoelectric speed sensor: range 2400 rpm accuracy ±0.5%;

  6) Hall displacement sensor: range ±5mm accuracy ±2%;

  7) Fiber optic sensor

  8) Heart rate sensor: Magnification 300 times;

  9) Infrared pyroelectric sensor: sensing distance 2m;

  10) Gas sensor: range 50-2000PPm (alcohol);

  11) Pt100 platinum resistance (T/S): range 0-800℃, linear ±2% three-wire system;

  12) Integrated six-axis gyroscope accelerometer sensor: MPU-6050;

  13) Integrated motion sensor: LIS344ALH;

  14) Integrated temperature sensor: AD22105ARZ;

  15) Visual sensor: CMOS industrial camera.

 2. Experimental modules:

Piezoelectric sensor experimental module, ultrasonic sensor experimental module, microwave sensor experimental module, laser sensor experimental module, photoelectric sensor experimental module, Hall sensor experimental module, optical fiber sensor experimental module, heart rate sensor experimental module, infrared pyroelectric sensor experimental module, gas sensor experimental module, integrated six-axis gyroscope accelerometer sensor experimental module, integrated motion sensor experimental module, integrated temperature sensor experimental module, phase shift detection filter experimental module, etc.

Industrial-grade speed and vibration measurement and control module unit: vibration source 1HZ-30HZ (adjustable); rotation source 0-2400 rpm (adjustable), rotation source output pulse and industrial standard signal.

Temperature control unit: heating source<200℃ (adjustable), temperature control range is room temperature ~ 150℃, and can complete the setting and control function of any temperature.

Visual sensor platform: CMOS industrial camera, 1 million pixels, photo frame rate 60 frames/second, lens focal length 50mm, focal length adjustable. Color recognition, at least 5 colors can be recognized; shape recognition, at least triangle, square, rectangle, circle and other object shapes can be recognized; digital letter recognition, can accurately recognize all Arabic numerals and pinyin letters; QR code recognition; workpiece size recognition, can recognize the shape and size of triangle, square, rectangle, circle and other objects; feature tracking recognition, can follow the movement of objects in real time to form an accurate trajectory, can follow and record various colors such as points and surfaces; license plate recognition; face recognition.
