Ⅰ、Product Overview

GLMTTK-3 Mechanical Equipment Assembly and Control Technology Training Equipment is developed based on the "Professional Teaching Standards for Higher Vocational Schools" and industry standards, combined with the needs of "Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation", "Electromechanical Equipment Installation and Maintenance", "Mechanical Assembly", "Mechanical Equipment Assembly and Automatic Control", "Engineering Machinery Application and Maintenance" and other majors. Through project training, students are mainly trained to read assembly drawings and parts drawings; assembly and adjustment of mechanical parts; design and maintenance of electrical control circuits; application of frequency converters, servo motors and drivers, stepper motors and drivers; PLC control program writing and debugging; mechanical equipment assembly and whole machine operation and other professional abilities, improve students' skills in mechanical equipment, electromechanical equipment enterprises and related industries in front-line process assembly and implementation, electromechanical equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance, mechanical equipment electrical control, mechanical processing quality analysis and control, etc.

Ⅱ、Functional features

1. High degree of simulation: The device can simulate the processing of parts by real CNC punch presses. Through the combined action of the feeding system, positioning system, stamping system and cold stamping die, it can accurately process aluminum plates with a thickness of less than 5mm. After programming is completed, the parts can be automatically processed, which is close to the actual operation of the industrial site.

2. Strong practicality: Various practical work tasks are set according to relevant occupational standards, industry standards and job requirements, with professional practice activities as the main line, and through "learning by doing", students' hands-on skills and work ability are truly improved.

Ⅵ、System composition and function

The GLMTTK-3 mechanical equipment adjustment and control technology training device automatically completes the multi-die precise cold stamping of the processed material according to the requirements; controls the two-dimensional feeding component through the PLC in the electrical control cabinet to control the servo motor to complete the feeding and positioning of the processed material (aluminum plate), completes the replacement of multiple molds in the turret component according to the operation requirements, and accurately positions the turret through the positioning system; uses the stamping system and the combined action of the cold stamping die to perform precision stamping on the material.

This device is mainly composed of a training table, an electrical control cabinet (including a power control module, a programmable controller module, a frequency converter module, a touch screen module, a stepper motor drive module, a servo motor drive module, etc.), a power source (including a three-phase AC motor, a stepper motor, an AC servo motor, etc.), a mechanical transmission mechanism, a two-dimensional feeding component (cross slide), a turret component, a mold, a mechanical punching mechanism, adjustment tools, common measuring tools, an operating table, a profile computer table, etc.

V、Training projects

1. Mechanical drawing recognition and assembly process writing

According to the subassembly drawing and general assembly drawing, understand the working principle, assembly relationship and technical requirements of mechanical equipment, and write the assembly process.

2. Assembly and adjustment of two-dimensional feeding mechanism

According to the subassembly drawing, general assembly drawing and the functional requirements of mechanical equipment, and in accordance with the correct assembly process requirements, complete the assembly and adjustment of the two-dimensional feeding mechanism.

3. Assembly and adjustment of turret stamping mechanism

According to the subassembly drawing, general assembly drawing and the functional requirements of mechanical equipment, and in accordance with the correct assembly process requirements, complete the assembly and adjustment of the turret stamping mechanism.

4. Assembly and adjustment of molds

According to the subassembly drawing, general assembly drawing and the functional requirements of mechanical equipment, and in accordance with the correct assembly process requirements, complete the assembly and adjustment of stamping molds.

5. Assembly and adjustment of typical transmission mechanisms

According to the subassembly drawing, general assembly drawing and the functional requirements of mechanical equipment, and in accordance with the correct assembly process requirements, complete the assembly and adjustment of typical transmission mechanisms such as chain drive, belt drive, gears, etc. 6. Electrical installation and circuit connection

According to the electrical drawings and functional requirements, complete the device installation and circuit connection of the electrical control system of the mechanical equipment.

7. Stepper motor parameter adjustment and control

Combined with the stepper motor manual, complete the step angle and current parameter settings of the stepper motor, and write the PLC control program.

8. Servo motor parameter adjustment and control

Combined with the servo motor manual, complete the main parameter settings of the servo motor, and write the PLC program to precisely control the servo motor.

9. Frequency converter parameter adjustment and control

Combined with the frequency converter manual, complete the main parameter settings of the frequency converter, and write the PLC program to perform multi-stage speed control on the AC motor.

10. PLC and touch screen software design

According to the functional requirements of the mechanical equipment, write and debug the PLC and touch screen programs to complete the automatic control of each module.

11. Debugging, operation and trial processing of mechanical equipment

Debug and operate the mechanical equipment to meet the specified work requirements and technical requirements, and conduct trial processing of the mechanical equipment.
